Sunsilk Natural Recharge Shampoo & Conditioner - Review

Hi friends, I'm a bit late in doing this post but as they say better late than never, this is one shampoo and conditioner duo that I simply fell in love with, ok not me its my hair - my hair loves it, behaves well when I use it and thus keeps me happy in return. I am talking about Sunsilk Natural Recharge Shampoo & Conditioner.

I was sent this amazingly packed hamper by indiblogger - I love the logo of the girl with her thick strong hair flowing away - that is the dream of every girl for sure!!!

This shampoo - conditioner duo is co created by Jamal Hammadi who is a hair expert. Starting with the packaging - it is a lovely pale green packaging which is so soothing to look at, reminds me of vast oceans on a lovely spring day!

The shampoo and conditioner do contain SLES but most of the ones that I use do so I'm not really against this ingredient in my hair care products so long as the effect is not negative.

Both the products smell amazing (I think all Sunsilk products do - remember the earlier keratinology range that I was head over heels in love with - you can check out the review HERE)

Coming to what my experience with these products is - LOVE - that sums it up. My hair feels amazingly smooth, healthy and bouncy. It just feels like life has been injected into them. My sister's been using this since the first bottles landed in her market and she was the first one to recommend this to me. My hair is dry but I have an oily scalp - this duo simply balances everything out and makes my hair oh-so-manageable. Everyone in the family who has tried it out has loved it. The Ginseng Root & Oil is surely working its magic.

  4. Seems a good product. Does this help keep dandruff away?

    1. If you already have dandruff then no, my brother has a very very dry scalp and did not notice any increase in dryness or dandruff, but the product really doesn't claim to keep dandruff away - overall its very moisturising so I guess it can prevent dandruff but it won't help you if you already have dandruff
